class braintools.analysis.graph.DegreeDistribution(degrees, values, counts)

Result of degree_distribution().

Variables:

• degrees (numpy.ndarray) – Degree of every node, int64. Its length is the number of post neurons for direction='in', of pre neurons for 'out', and of nodes for 'total'.

• values (numpy.ndarray) – Degree values 0, 1, ..., max(degrees) (int64).

• counts (numpy.ndarray) – Number of nodes with each degree in values (int64, sums to len(degrees)).
