class braintools.analysis.population.AvalancheResult(sizes, durations, n)

Neuronal avalanches detected in a population count series.

Variables:

• sizes (jax.Array) – Size of every avalanche (sum of counts - threshold over its bins), shape (max_avalanches,); entries from n on are 0.

• durations (jax.Array) – Number of bins of every avalanche, shape (max_avalanches,), int32; entries from n on are 0.

• n (jax.Array) – Number of avalanches stored, a scalar int32.
